Our Office is located inside of the wellness space, Cosmos Collective on the bottom floor of a blue residential house. The entrance is down four steps on the Sandy side of the street.

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please text Andi notifying them of your arrival and wait for them to meet you at the door to let you in. The door to Cosmos Collective is locked and requires a practitioner to let you in.

At this time, masks are still required by Everybody’s Bodywork for appointments. Cosmos Collective is not a masked space so you may be in contact with unmasked people.
